Who we are

These terms apply to orders placed on this website with 3Devices Packaging Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16747876).

Orders and prices

Prices and product details are shown on the website. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

Quotes

A quote for custom packaging is based on the details you give us. If those details change, the price may change.

Custom printed items

Custom printed packaging is made to order and cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Proof approval

Before we print a custom order, we send you a proof. Printing starts only after you approve it in your account. If you ask for changes, we send you a new proof. Please check it carefully: once you approve it, we print exactly what it shows.

Your artwork

When you upload artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission from the owner to use it for printing, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may refuse or cancel an order if we believe the artwork breaks this rule.

Delivery and returns

Delivery and returns are explained on our Delivery & Returns page.

Unused stock items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom printed items are excluded from this and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Payment

You can pay by card, processed by Viva.com, by bank transfer, or by cryptocurrency, processed by PayGateNow.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
