What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary by product and are shown on each product page. Custom printed packaging normally has a higher minimum run, request a quote and we will confirm the minimum for your exact specification.
Can you print my logo and artwork?
Yes. We offer custom printed boxes, bags, labels, tubes and more. Send your artwork with your quote request, or ask us for help preparing print-ready files.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. We ship worldwide from the UK with tracked UPS and FedEx services. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout from the weight and destination of your order. Orders over £80 get free delivery to UK mainland addresses.
Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?
Many products include automatic volume discounts in the basket. For larger or repeat orders, visit our wholesale page or request a quote for tailored pricing.
How long does custom packaging take?
We send a proof within 1 working day of receiving your artwork. Custom printed orders are dispatched 5 to 7 working days after you approve the proof. Stock items usually leave us within 1 working day. Delivery then takes 1 to 3 working days to UK mainland addresses and 3 to 7 working days internationally.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer (BACS) and cryptocurrency. All options are shown at checkout. For large trade orders, contact us to agree terms.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Stock orders can usually be changed before dispatch; custom printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
