Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We ship with tracked UPS and FedEx services. Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout from the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.

Orders over £80 get free delivery to UK mainland addresses. UK mainland deliveries usually arrive 1 to 3 working days after dispatch, international deliveries 3 to 7 working days. Custom printed orders are made after you approve your proof: we send the proof within 1 working day of receiving your artwork and dispatch 5 to 7 working days after your approval.

Returns

Unused stock items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom printed packaging is made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.

If you upload artwork for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it.
