What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 100 units for most custom printed products. The exact minimum is shown on each product page.
Which artwork files can I upload?
Upload PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF files, ideally at 300 DPI at the printed size. Our free artwork check flags anything that will not print cleanly before we start.
How quickly do I get a proof?
We send a proof to approve within 1 working day of your order. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
How long until my order is dispatched?
Orders are dispatched 5 to 7 working days after you approve the proof.
How much is delivery, and do you ship abroad?
UK delivery is free on orders over £80. We ship worldwide, and every parcel travels with tracked UPS or FedEx delivery.
