Description

Tell us your brand name, the feel you want and any colours you already use. We send two directions, you pick one, and we refine it with two rounds of changes. You receive SVG, PDF and PNG files, plus a one-page sheet with the colours and spacing rules.

What is the minimum order for custom custom packaging?
Most custom printed products start at 100 units. The exact minimum for each product is shown in the quantity box on its page, and larger runs have lower unit prices.
Which artwork files can I upload?
Upload PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF files, ideally at 300 DPI at the printed size. Our free artwork check flags anything that will not print cleanly before we start.
Do I see a proof, and how long does production take?
Yes. Every custom print order gets a proof to approve before anything is printed, usually within 1 working day. Orders are dispatched 5 to 7 working days after you approve the proof.
How much is delivery, and do you ship abroad?
UK delivery is free on orders over £80. We ship worldwide, and every parcel travels with tracked UPS or FedEx delivery.
